As the first Growth Marketing Manager at our B2B SaaS automation scale-up, you will own top-of-funnel growth and generate a qualified pipeline for our CSO-led Sales team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales and Engineering to craft campaigns that resonate with senior decision-makers (CxO, SVP/VP Operations, Heads of CX). You’ll continuously test new outbound tactics, create impactful content, leverage multiple channels, and turn interest into real revenue opportunities.
This is a greenfield role with massive impact: you will design, build, and optimize our entire lead-gen engine for an AI-powered workflow platform trusted by high-growth companies across a growing set of ecosystems.
3+ years of demand-gen or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in automation, AI, or CX tech.
Proven success generating scalable sales funnels in B2B SaaS.
Strong command of acquisition strategy (email, content, SEO, paid channels, etc.).
Fluent/native English.
Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and functional leaders (Customer Care, Operations, CX).
Highly creative, resourceful, and experiment-oriented. You move fast, learn faster, and scale what works.
Data-driven mindset — you build dashboards, run A/B and multivariate tests, and iterate based on insights.
Nice to have:
Exceptional copywriter and storyteller; able to translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Experience in showing measurable results based on facts and hard data.
Bonus: experience localising campaigns for North America and EMEA overall, running ABM plays, or hosting executive roundtables.
Hands-on with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Search Console, and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Ability to design and execute light account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives — from personalized 1:1 executive outreach to targeted campaigns for key vertical clusters and strategic accounts.
Own growth analytics: track LVR, MQL-to-SQL rates, CAC and payback, present insights in regular growth reviews, and forecast pipeline contribution.
Launch multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, B2B intent ads, industry events) to deliver a predictable flow of high-quality leads.
Research and refine ICPs/personas (C-suite, customer experience leaders, digital transformation heads) across Zendesk and other relevant ecosystems.
Continuously test and iterate on messaging, sequencing, incentives, and channels to maximize engagement and lead velocity.
Lead our content strategy and create compelling content, email cadences, conversational landing pages, short-form video, and case-driven webinars — scalable globally.
Design always-on nurture programs (HubSpot workflows) to re-activate warm accounts and accelerate deal cycles.
